Understanding Beca's graduate recruitment process

You will need to apply online via this website, by completing an electronic application form and submitting your CV, covering letter and academic transcript. You can apply for more than one graduate position, by simply clicking on each position of interest and completing the required details.

When the application period closes, a select panel of our senior management team undertake an initial short-listing exercise, and we will then notify you of the outcome of your application.

First interviews will then be held, and some offers may be extended after the first interview stage. However there may be instances where graduates are invited to attend a less formal second interview to visit the office and meet the team etc.

As we are fortunate enough to receive a number of good applications each year, we have to conduct these first interviews over a 2 to 3 week period. Please be assured that we will be in contact with you as soon as possible following your first interview. However, if you have any queries or concerns during this phase of our graduate recruitment process, please feel free to contact the Human Resources team member listed below.
